I pray you enjoyed a safe and cool Fourth of July celebration, praising the Lord for the many freedoms we enjoy in America including the freedom to worship!
Below you can read a revised copy of our return to worship guidelines. The key changes from the previous document include:
· Thursday in-person worship returns July 9th (live-streaming also available)
· Procedure for in-person communion distribution
· Sunday morning Bible class resumes July 12th
As the document highlights, there are Good Shepherd members who need to be cautious because of health concerns. However, if you find yourself in public (shopping, restaurant, summer activities), we are confident our church building will protect your health better than most public places because of the precautions which are in place. While local health officials are monitoring the ever-changing situation, we are comfortable in accommodating 25% of our worship space capacity. This means up to 75 worshipers may gather safely and comfortably though we will not turn anyone away. So come, oh, come, let us worship.
Come, oh, come, let us sing to the Lord,
let us shout with joy to our saving Rock;
come, enter in with our songs of praise,
come, enter in with thanksgiving.
Because He lives!
Pastor John
