Pastor Paul A. Tullberg
Sermon text: John 13:31-35
REFLECT:

1. Apparently, we use salt in more than 14,000 different ways (6% is used in food.) Roman soldiers were often paid in salt – from which the word ‘salary’ comes. Jesus says I am salt. Salt stands up for what I know to be true. I use words I know Jesus would want me to say. In fact, I wonder what would it sound like if we all were known as the people who belong to THAT church. They always speak words of love, kindness. They are always encouraging and being patient and forgiving. BE*ATTITUDES – SALT & LIGHT, BOTH heal and both reveal God’s Word on all the hurt and rudeness of this world. How does Jesus define the word “salt”?

RESPOND:

Nitric oxide supports generic levitra online see for more muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum of the penis. Low testosterone level in levitra sales uk body due to bacterial movements. It is a fact that men who buy vardenafil levitra have had a stroke or have multiple myeloma, anaemia or leukaemia. It is a good way to include the herb ordering levitra from canada in your diet. 2. Roman armies would scatter salt to keep things from growing (nothing grows strong where salt was sown). So I am to use my life to serve and preserve the world in which I live. How will my behavior slow down cultural rot?

3. A) If someone asks “how are you today?”  tell them, “Better than I deserve.” B) If someone spills their drink, I say, “I love grace…don’t worry about it.” C) I will cause people to be a bit uneasy with unexpected kindness, not rudeness.  D) I will say randomly, “God is so good!” Then I will bless people as they work through their reactions.

4. List 3 other things can I do; Or say; Or write; that demonstrate I am the salt and the light that Jesus is talking about here?
